Placing an Order

Ordering from Tridias couldn’t be easier, you can do so via the Internet, Telephone, Post or Fax.

Via the Internet

Choose the products you wish to purchase by browsing the website using the product categories sections or search facilities. 

Once you have added your shopping to the ‘basket’ and are happy with your selection - proceed to the checkout where you will be required to complete a form with your name, address, delivery and payment details (on a secure online form). Upon completion you will receive confirmation of your order, leaving you able to sit back, relax and let us do the rest.

Via the Telephone

Before ordering over the phone it is very useful if you have already chosen and listed the items you wish to order and have your credit card details to hand. When you are ready; call our Order Line on +44 (0) 844 412 2577 to speak to one of our operators who will be only too happy to process your order and answer any queries you might have.

Via the Post

Complete the order form found at the back of the catalogue - making sure you remember to either fill-in your credit card details fully, or include a cheque to the full order value (including P&P (where applicable)) made payable to Tridias. Then, send your completed form to;

Via Fax

Complete the order form together with your credit card details and fax it to;

Note: It is very helpful to us if, when placing an order using any of the above methods, you could supply us with a daytime telephone number so that you can be contacted quickly in case of a query. You can be secure in the knowledge that any phone numbers you provide are never made available to any third parties and are not used for cold calling or telemarketing purposes.

Payment

By credit card

We accept the following credit and debit cards;

• Visa
• Delta
• Switch/ Maestro

Credit cards will only be charged once your goods are ready for despatch.

By cheque

Cheques can only be used as payment on orders received through the post. Cheques should be made payable to Tridias.

For security reasons all cheques are banked upon receipt.

Orders will be shipped once cheques have cleared, please allow 10 days for clearance.

Please note: Express Delivery is not available on cheque orders.

VAT

Where appropriate, products are subject to a VAT charge of 17.5%. This charge is included in the displayed item price. For delivery outside the EU, VAT is calculated and displayed on the website together with a VAT-exclusive amount which will be charged for the goods purchased.

Personalisation

Personalised items can take up to 28 days from reciept of your order to delivery. Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty or incorrectly named.

Customers requiring photographic personalisation will be sent a pre-paid pack to fill in appropriately and sent back to the suppliers along with an image.
